    Terms of Service

    The terms that govern use of the Lightspark website, APIs, and applications.

    Use of the service

    Access to Lightspark APIs and applications is granted under a written agreement or an issued API key. You agree not to misuse, resell, or reverse engineer the service, and to keep credentials secure.

    Data and outputs

    Scores, valuations, risk bands, and retrofit estimates are modelled outputs provided for informational and decision-support purposes without warranty of accuracy for any particular property.

    Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightspark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
