Product Strategy & Roadmap

• •Define product vision across risk scoring, upgrade bundles, and marketplace flows
• •Translate business goals into product requirements and roadmap
• •Work closely with leadership on product direction

UX Workflow Design

• •Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• •Build decision logic for recommendations and bundles

Data Translation

• •Translate modeling outputs into user-friendly insights
• •Design dashboards and recommendations

Cross-Functional Leadership

• •Collaborate with engineering, data science, and sales
• •Define product specs and manage sprint execution

Experience

• •5–10+ years in product management or UX design
• •Experience with SaaS or marketplace platforms

Skills

• •Strong UX systems thinking
• •Ability to simplify complex data
• •Proficiency with Figma and product tools
• •Agile experience

Nice to Have

• •Climate tech, energy, proptech, banking, or insurance experience
• •Marketplace design experience

Success Metrics

Within 6 months: Core workflows designed and launched, risk-to-action marketplace live, and scalable UX system implemented.
